Chris Capato

Chris joins Independence Public Media Foundation with over ten years of experience in finance and administration of non-profit organizations in public media, education equity and women’s healthcare. Prior to that, he has spent nearly twenty years in the administration, compliance and investment of pension and endowment funds in bank trust departments and accounting/consulting firms,. His volunteer efforts are focused on social justice, LGBTQIA+ and community development. He earned a Bachelor of Economics from Maryville College in Tennessee.
