The Reimagining Philly Project

The Reimagining Philly project is designed to build the ability of Black, brown and poor-people's organizations to advocate for the broadband and digital inclusion resources they need from the federal infrastructure and other stimulus, to build the ability of those groups to prevent those federal dollars from funding racist, oppressive technology and surveillance, and to support those groups to organize to win the federal resource distribution they determine is just on these issues.
