Access to digital technology is a critical need in today’s democracy and our media-saturated information society. IPMF’s Digital Equity program aims to help communities get and stay connected to the internet and access the information and resources they need to have agency and thrive.

The program supports projects and organizations that expand broadband internet access (through policy, advocacy, mesh networks, etc.); expands access to digital technology and hardware; and increases knowledge around how to navigate digital technology and content (digital literacy, media literacy).
